* Check in time – After noon (12:00) on your day of arrival. If your plans have you arriving earlier than noon or later than 9:00 pm, please contact us.

* Check out time – 10:30 am the day of your departure (unless alternate time has been discussed)

* All of our cabins and A-frames are NON-SMOKING.

* Cancellation Policy – Our cancellation policy is such that if you choose to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of arriving or after arrival, you will be charged for the one night UNLESS we are able to fill the opening(s). Charges of this nature will be charged to the given card at time of reservation.

* Pet Friendly – We are pet friendly! We charge a one time $15 pet fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABINS, A-FRAMES, OR ON PREMISES UNATTENDED.

* Damages- Damages caused by guests or pets of, including but not limited to repair or replacement will be paid for at guest’s expense.

* We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone

* We cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, lost, stolen, missing, misplaced, consumed or damaged personal items including, but not limited to money, valuables, jewels, pets and/or personal property or one’s self.
